Camera won’t work/Connection lost
There are number of errors that I experience. My WiFi is working properly. It’s a 2.4 Ghz network. The camera is connected and installed properly, but it won’t play the live streaming. Nevertheless it sends motion alerts and it actually shows screenshots which shows that the camera is connected and recording. The app doesn’t play the actual live feed. Then in camera settings I can’t access any options except the motion notifications. Any other option shows “connection lost”. The support is as nonexistent. What can I do about this?
