Terrible service. Constant problems with this provider, never using them again.

I would consider this app between 3 and 4 stars, I did experience issues with it in the past, seems to work better now. Do its job, helps me with my day to day workload.

Cloudtalk has become essential for managing my business calls. The app’s interface is clean, intuitive, and user friendly. It is easy to navigate, and I was able to get up and running without any hassle. It also has a robust range of features such as call recording for keeping track of important conversations. Calls are consistently clear with no drops. Overall it has been great for streamlining and organizing my calls.

CloudTalk is simple, straightforward, and user-friendly to use. The pricing is good for our needs. If you need extra built in services, I would suggest looking into something else.

I use CloudTalk's VOIP service as our primary corporate phone. It works great for the small international startup with extensive travel habits. They made it easy to add a number almost in any country (subject to local regulation). Customer service is responsive and efficient.

The phone doesn’t ring when called. Notifications for texts don’t work. Auto capitalization like every other text app non-existent. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The app loads okay in the phones. I’m able to make calls but it does not ring when there’s an upcoming call. You would think by now this would have been fixed but is still just an app that need improvement.

This is useful for the business I’m helping out but I’ve noticed that it will continually ring through to me phone even after I log out AND close the app. This would seem to be concerning simply from a security perspective but it’s also super annoying. Devs can you please clean up that part of the code? It should certainly go offline when signed out within the app!
