Signed up with this company in March, what they said is not what they did, namely The amount of hidden fees this company has is extremely disturbing, I would never have noticed if I had not decided to look into the direct debit amounts being taken by them *MYSELF* & raised concerns over it, not to leave out when I complained they waved off nearly half of what they ***CLAIMED*** I owed them, (I was still with them at the time of this by the way, not to leave out they have an answer for every discrepancy one can mention… though they easily wave it off by taking off money, which had I not made a complaint would have been taken from my bank account, thank goodness I looked into it, that’s all I can say, otherwise I’d still be stressing over why my business is sinking. I told clover that I no longer trusted their company for taking card payments, disconnected them from taking payments from my bank, disconnected the machine & notified them that I was going back to using SUM UP who have zero hidden fees, & are actually out for businesses to succeed not out to broad daylight robbery them; which I decided to leave because 0.6% from clover sounded appealing, wrong! They do not take less than Sum up, they take considerably more than sun up & even izettle & any other card machine that only takes percentage without a monthly fee. I have since spoken to a number of merchants using clover to take card payments & they also spoke if being charged extortionate figures that were not in the contract, I’ve told them to use SUM UP or any other truly no hidden fees company to take card payments. Since I went back to using SUM UP my business is thriving again. If you well & TRULY want a successful business ******DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO TAKE CARD PAYMENTS!!!****** Avoid them like the plague!!! Clover then asked me for the bank details of the bank that I was using which they had no access to, I told them no, that I believe they are a scam company & I have no trust in them anymore & that I was going to write a review of how much of a nightmare & a scam I found them to be. This is the review.

Good app to be able to track what’s going on in store when not there. However after checking items, cannot go back to home page to see overall sales. Keeps tripping on a loop

Used to use this app for my business based in the UK. However, with this version of the app can’t log in anymore as it lost the switch to EU account toggle.

I am new to clover, but Tania from First Data has made our lives SO much easier, the system is very forward thinking and easy to maintain and change. If it weren’t for Tania who is such an amazing sales and after sales person, I wouldn’t have warranted the cost (being a new landlady of this pub), but to be honest it’s worth EVERY PENNY!!

Fantastic idea keeping me in touch with what is happening with my business if I’m out of the office
