This app does not send the otpcode so i cant access my info. Very annoying as i have points to be redeemed but i cant redeem it.

Unable to sign in
Cannot sign in anymore and can't even redeem my points. Have tried to uninstall and everything. Have no idea where to ask for support as there is no info without sign in

App does see to be working
I had updated the app yesterday and it does not work. I had to end up paying cash while I had nearly 200 Aed with points in my club apparel app.
