泊車優惠兌換流程極為不便。過往由客戶服務櫃檯直接處理，現在卻要求客戶自行透過應用程式登記，不僅操作繁瑣，還浪費大量時間。應用程式本身設計不夠完善，無法順利過版完成泊車優惠登記，操作介面亦顯得複雜。對於不熟悉流程的客戶，客戶服務人員缺乏熱心協助，未能提供有效指引。應用程式推出顯得倉促，強制客戶使用，卻未有任何替代方案，令人失望。此外，利園三期免費充電泊車位的標示不清，進一步影響泊車體驗，整體感受極差。

想上載收據領泊車優惠，竟然APP都打不開

開app慢到不得了,係用左成分鐘都有。以為我電話壞左，要del app再dl,點知再dl都係咁慢，垃圾app. 有無誠意俾客用？巴士個app之前咁慢都改進左啦，好心改善下

App is not mobile friendly so cannot even register on it, have to use desktop version for most things including registration and points upload

The old app was better. The app can only be linked with one driver. If you have two drivers (eg husband and wife), one of them cannot use the app for parking
