The shop feature does not work in the app or at any airport location. Plus my purchases do not show up in my profile. It is a very disappointing and frustrating app. I have emailed the company twice with no response. Incredibly poor customer service.

When entering in flight info the app hangs. I’ve tried multiple times.

The app is horrendously difficult to use. Each page takes a while to load and there is a major flaw - a gateway error when trying to check out. The latest app update was 9 months ago… I tried checking out on the website and it’s the same error. Why have an app when it opens the website within the app anyways? Worst experience.

After spending over half an hour to create the account and download the app, the app won’t allow you to proceed with the ordering. Super super slow, such a waste of time!

Cannot use the app as it wants you to accept Cookies, yet you cannot click on the “accept cookies” pop up as it doesn’t allow you clicking on it. Your new version of the app is now broken - didn’t have this issue before your latest release!! Please get this fixed!!!!

Do you guys even test your app before posting in the store? Ridiculous!

I cant find sign in with google account on the app. Its possible on website tho

Every time I try to click it, it always exits automatically. I don’t no why. My iOS system is 12.1.2 by the way. hope it can be fixed
