I’m literally unable to even login into the app to get access to my barcode to access the gym. Password resets don’t work and logins fail 100% of the time with the correct username and password. I will be cancelling my membership and going to another gym.
this app is just useless at this point. the barcode/QR code doesn’t work when you need it to, i can’t even book classes half the time because the app has an error (but i can see other people have booked soooo). bring back the keyfobs and bring down the prices.
This app is such a hunk of garbage that I can’t even log into it, I have my email, username, and password. Username confirmed by the site for club fitness, password reset with the site. This worthless app will not let me sign in no matter what.
I can’t even log into the app to use my membership card. You all might as well give members an ID card. It’s terrible
The removal of the Apple wallet option is a major downgrade! This is not due to privacy as they claim- if I trust wallet to store my cards, my gym membership is perfectly safe there as well!
A couple days ago the app logged me out and will not let me log in or reset/change password, now I have to stop at the desk and have them manually check me in every day and couldn’t access the gym on Labor Day when the gym was unattended even though I pay for a membership that is supposed to give me 24/7 access
This app isnt even usable. “Error. Couldnt retrieve member detail from ABC”. On every page. This isnt an acceptable app.
Blank screen when I attempt to update credit card info. Won’t let me delete and create a new payment method because the current method (which is expired and useless) is still in use.
I only have the app because it is my only way in, and it doesn’t even open the door after hours.
They find a way to make you pay continuously and not making it clear to the costumer. Such a scam. Never coming back to this gym again.
