I also can not install this app It is stuck on purchased and not available on the watch Could someone please fix this?

Unable to fully download the app

EDIT: I have since writing the below, discovered that the reason for the grey purchased button is not actually due to an App Store problem, it is because you will need to re-download the Member ID Apple Watch app from the App Store on the Apple Watch itself. Door access is still a big issue. Would much prefer a physical fob or pass. (July 2023) ========= The MemberID App is a poor substitute for a physical passkey. It rarely works and requires elaborate work arounds to locate gyms for access. The WATCH APP never worked when it was on my watch, it has mysteriously disappeared off the watch, and I can’t download it again (the usual download button is greyed out “purchased” button that has no action). Strongly suggest that the IT team review the app code, as it clearly isn’t working to a standard expected by any reasonable user.

I can’t seem to be able to download this app as it is stuck on “Purchased” and no one at the gym or otherwise knows how to fix this issue. From what I see, there are a number of people facing this issue so I would request you to have a look at this and fix this in the backend with an update to make our life easier! Thanks!

Can’t do anything as the app shuts down if you search for clubs. Seen a lot of complaints about this. They don’t seem to care

Can’t even install it

Have never had a problem with this app. Works great every time.

Crashes trying to locate gym, uninstalled it but App Store still sees it as installed so can’t reinstall.

Seriously! What the?! Tried several times using “locate” you gym and it’s crashed all the time! This is so bad! Because, I also have problem accessing my club using that stupid bluetooth connection. 3 of 5 to get in, it would said “no door located nearby” while I was literally stood in front of the damn door! If you can’t do it properly, just stop doing it! So frustrating!

Managed to install the app and link it to my ID. However whenever I click on ‘locate a club’ it instantly crashes making the app useless. Can’t access the gym if it crashes when you try to find your club (I’ve done restarts and reinstalls, no luck). Used on a Series 7
