It is not necessary that you have internet access to enjoy the use of the App with Lucy, except to download it and/or update it.

It’s good but I need help

So I’ve been trying to use the emotes but none are working I’ve tried and she dosent do any

Is this supposed to work or what !!!?????

My Lucy just there for half an hour and nothing happened DO NOT GET THE APP Lucy on her own without the app is alright but once you get the app you get VERY frustrated about Lucy AVOID THIS APP

A total waste of time and effort. It doesn’t seem to communicate to Lucy unlike it said on the app which was that it will work fine. The turning up the volume doesn’t make any difference either. TRY TO AVOID!!

Works brilliantly, we love it!!

I’m not sure why or how people struggled with this app as I’m not very good with technology but still managed to connect the app to my little girls dog and it works brilliantly. It’s just so cute and clever that both my 3 1/2 year old and I just love it! It’s like having a pet in the house without having to pick up all the poop!!
