Don't bother trying to fix it, there's no way

This company obviously doesn’t want you to accumulate, or, God forbid, ever use your points. Despite wasting half an hour repeatedly trying to log in, despite having passwords being sent repeatedly to my email address, I keep being told my information is incorrect. Only an app this bad would motivate me to leave my first review on the App Store. Don’t waste your time.

Not possible to login. It is really sad to see such a company like Aeromexico with all the surcharges and cost not being able to develop or fix an app for their customers

Neta si no estaban listos para lanzar una app, no lo hubieran hecho. La app no deja de “cargar” y no aparece nada. No se pueden hacer reservaciones, no se puede participar en concursos, no sirve para nada mas que para ver tu numero de cuenta, ni siquiera actualiza el numero de puntos que tienes...

After this last upgrade the simply doesn't open anymore. This is really annoying.
