不能開啟程式
Update 後，不能開啟程式。電話型號為 iphon6
垃圾到癲 攜號轉台當日配對唔到SIM卡
舊sim卡已失效 但係新咭(club sim)插咗入去冇反應，個app配對都冇反應，搞到日常生活一搏足
由3HK轉到SoSim的無奈之舉
ClubSim個制度廢到冇人有，本身上佢個網買咗張SIM卡，點知冇得直接將個Number放入去新買咗嘅SIM卡度，要另外再申請攜號轉台收多張SIM卡，洗多$58 ，建議大家如果唔係3hk嘅號碼就直接轉過去SoSIM，又平又易買。另外，個app真係好垃圾，買卡嘅同時，送一大堆唔知乜鬼嘢，搞到根本睇唔清楚有咩要俾錢，難以認同呢種營商手法。

請取消經App可以轉eSim功能
我親戚因為呢個功能，比人盜用帳號後經App轉咗親戚原本個電話號碼變成eSim裝係盜用者手機….非常危險既功能…請ClubSim立即取消此功能！！！
extremely broken app
The experience is just terrible. When I tried to complete my HKID registration, it goes to an in-pp browser and asked me to fill in my id number. After filling in, it just freeze on a black screen and do nothing. One tap on the screen will have the browser crashed and will return to the app, leaving the registration incomplete. And I don’t even have to mention how broken the UI is. It is designed so badly that confusing the user is the only thing it could ever achieve.
