So many glitches

RamJam1979 on

I was charged for a class because the app wouldn’t cancel when I tried to cancel 2 days in advanced. Removed app, redownloaded, reset password, power cycled phone, nothing worked. As a new member this is a great disappointment.

No calendar integration

No integration of calendar on this app! I belong to other fitness studios with apps. They manage to integrate calendars with their apps

Barebones app in desperate need of updates

...es111 on

The gym might be premium but the app is not. Missing features: Waitlist position! Other fitness apps show your spot in the waitlist so you have some idea of whether or not you’ll be added to the class. Flight blind with Club Studio. Calendar integration. Their class cancellation policy is bad enough, the least they could do is help keep track of classes I’ve signed up for. Schedule “bounce”. I often can’t scroll all the way down on list of classes - it just bounces and won’t let me proceed unless I go back and forth between tabs. Filter by instructor. Filter by open classes. I’m sure I’m missing things but those are the biggest issues.

FINALLY FIXED!!

Calendar integration needed before late cancel fees charged

Hilly7519 on

For a year I’ve been using this app with no calendar integration and a non-functioning class reminder setting. When I occasionally mess up and have to cancel a class late or miss a class, I have to pay $10-15. My theory is that Club Studio has no intention of improving the app because they make money with members screw up their schedules. Other pet peeves: 1) there are no class descriptions including whether classes are heated; 2) the open (no instructor) Pilates room time slots clog up the schedule making it look like there are more classes offered than there are; and 3) the daily muscle group focus of the CS4 classes isn’t listed (which we desperately need if we are doing a split program through the week). I’m getting close to canceling my membership because upper management clearly doesn’t read/listen/care about these REPEATED complaints and requests from members.

Need a small class description.

Umm? Really?

Satiated Grouponer on

Wait. So you’re telling me for as much as this monthly membership is, that the main point of contact (this app) is a piece of trash? Come on. Do better. 1) Booking a class should automatically add an event to your chosen calendar (this is not hard from a development standpoint) 2) Class titles should link to an info box w/a proper description of class and whether or not it’s a heated and at what temp 3) And while we’re at it, STOP copying/pasting your Longbeach website as the template for new clubs and then never updating it 🤦‍♀️

no calendar syncing - pain in the..

I don’t want a F nickname. on

United States

App doesn’t sync reserved classes to your personal calendar. Won’t allow membership barcode to be in apple wallet. Would be nice to add “gym time” to your schedule as well as classes, just to add accountability. Classes only open up 1hour + 7 days in advance, so you will constantly be fighting the clock for classes.
