Everything but paying is great wouldn't allow me to pay for taxi

I’ve tried to use the app a couple of times recently but doesn’t seem to work with Apple Pay.

App itself is very good, But doesn’t work…. Was quoted a price for a taxi I booked 3 hours in advance only to get a phone call 5 minutes before the taxi to say that it would cost more, when I asked why I was rudely told that the app didn’t work so therefore was my fault. Extremely disappointed in the service would NOT recommend to anyone. Would of gave 0 stars if that’s was a thing

After a bad experience a number of years ago, I never take taxis. However an event today lead me to require the use of one and I found club! I must admit my driver was very courteous, polite and did not force himself into the conversation! A very careful and cautious driver! So deserved of the five stars! Would I use again.. YES! Would I be happy to recommend YES! Thank you Club for employing drivers that have the customer in mind! Thank you for your high standards! I look forward to be able to call on you again! A number and app saved to my phone!

Quick and easy to use, simply simply lovely

Unfortunately they are money grabbing company who send a email you that fair was cheaper but then apply extra charges for booking DO NOT PAY BY CARD!!! Booking charges usually are extra 50pence to 1£

Taxi’s always take forever using the app as opposed to just calling

The biggest downfall is the fact drivers have to ‘bid’ on a job ... which means that drivers don’t even get alerted to your booking (even if you book a week in advance) until 10 minutes before your booked time. And sometimes they are still ‘bidding’ by your booking time which means they turn up very late. Not good if you have to be at work. Update: today I didn’t receive a driver at all and now I am late for work. Never using Club again. My 3 star is down to 1 unfortunately.
