Great concept. Needs a lot of work
This is a superb idea marred by poor execution. The customer app is much more awkward to use than it needs to be. It doesn’t stay signed in and sometimes customers struggle to log in and get their QR code. On the barrista side, the scanner technology operates poorly so it takes a long time (and multiple attempts) to scan the cups. A great idea, and if these teething problems are sorted out it could take off…
