- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

Elendig app tjeneste
Hadde problemer helt fra kjøp av abonnement gjennom app hvorpå det kom feilmeldinger, til at appen kræsjet etter dette, til at etter jeg kjøpte abonnement på nettsiden, så fungerer ikke innloggingen i app. Jeg har avinstallert og reinstallert app, samt vært i kontakt med Clue, uten at noe har hjulpet. Clue fungerer på nett på PC, men siden er ikke mobiltilpasset slik at det ikke er er godt alternativ på smarttelefonen og det var på mobilen jeg har mest behov for ordboken. Derfor er det veldig skuffende at Clue ikke klarer å lage en bedre app og mobiltjeneste. De burde være mere proffe enn dette!
Full av bugs!
Krever alt for ofte ny pålogging. Etter pålogging er skjermbilde tomt og ingen språk er tilgjengelig. Når en leter i appen vil den krasje og må startes på nytt. For så å krasje igjen. Fullstendig verdiløs å bruke på en iPhone 11 Pro.

Velfungerende, men fiks innlogging
Funker knallbra når man får logget inn. Nå må jeg skrive inn brukernavn og passord hver gang jeg har lukket appen og skal logge inn. Veldig frustrerende! Hva med å lagre innloggings-infoen?
Clue App er fint på ferie
Selv om Clue er Norges beste fagordbok, funker den bra på ferie også! Veldig bra å kunne laste ned ordbøker på mobilen og bruke Clue i offline-modus. Bra på franske restauranter med dårlig dekning.
Virker ikke på IPhone 6s
Appen virker ikke på IPhone 6s. Du får logget inn første gang du laster ned, men deretter får man ikke logget seg inn. Anbefaler ikke å kjøpe den dersom man skal bruke den på mobil.
