Example of why every places doesn’t need its own app

This app is super buggy and clunky to use. Sign up is unnecessarily cumbersome and hard to navigate. No social login too which is usually a no go for me on rewards programs. Only positive was that it used an otp code through sms to login which wasn’t too much friction.

App needs a ton of work in terms of UI and overall appeal, it takes the app a small eternity to get you a code

We’ve stopped everyday on our way home to Fancy Gap Virginia from our family owned chimney sweep business “The Chimney Sweep” to get our afternoon lattes, visit with our favorite people, and share about our day and our lives! Clutch coffee is great but this app UI is pretty bad. I think they teach better app development in elementary schools these days.
