Good work
This is by far the best collection app in the business; flawless in design and execution!
I use the app to see what I own so I don’t buy discs I already have. But the app is garbage for this. Why? If you have a short movie name like RED, or for some reason an odd sort like “The Hangover Part II” and you start typing the title it will show other titles but not the one you already own. If I type ‘red’ (or ‘RED’) in the search the drop down shows The Hunt for Red October, Red Dawn, Red Tails, The Red Chapel, etc. but won’t show ‘RED’ even though it’s in the list and will show if I manually. If I type ‘The Hangover’ to see if I have The Hangover Part II, it shows The Hangover, The Hangover Part III, and then The Hangover twice again. But doesn’t show The Hangover Part II unless I type ‘The Hangover Part’ So basically the app is awkward and unpredictable when searching for titles. When I try to offer feedback the devs say it’s how they like it and act very proud of all the other aspects ignoring the issues. I regret setting myself on this platform but hope they will improve.
I love this app! It's intuitive and easy to use. I have a substantial library of discs and digital movies. Scanning the barcodes made creating a catalog fast and easy. Even those I had to enter manually were found and updated automatically. I can export the catalog for others to reference. I created a separate catalog in the app of movies I planned to donate. Super easy to use and sort. I love the cloud backup (with my paid subscription) so I never have to worry about losing my catalogs if I lose my device. App support is quick to respond and patient. The user manual is easy to search and understand. Did I say I love this app?
