My app won’t even let me open it up to use the free coins or spins

For anyone reading the reviews, yes THIS app DOES work and it’s VERY legit! I’ve been using it for about 2 years now! No I’m not paid by the company or creator, I have no clue who they are or where they are. I’m just a disabled, stay at home mom who lives in Louisiana. I normally never leave reviews but I was reading the reviews because of a problem I’m having today opening the app (which has NeVER happened before) and seen so many reviews saying it doesn’t work or they don’t get the rewards, so I wanted y’all to see AN HONEST REVIEW from just a daily player country girl that has no reason to lie. Me, and my friends and family that play coin master together ALL use this app. So yes, This app works great! I receive ALL of my rewards from this app UNLESS the one I click on from 3-4 days before, which have expired. I even receive the 50 bonus spins and actually on the game it’s gives me 150 spins instead. The 25 bonus spins give me 50 spins. But I always receive them unless they are expired. I usually wait a few days to collect just so I can get 2-3 days worth of spins at once. For example last time I collected was on Tuesday. I was able to collect all my spins and coins for That day(Tuesday), the day before (Monday), and the day before that (Sunday). However the spins and coins from Saturday had already expired. But I can collect usually 2-3 days worth. Now I will tell you they have A LOT of pop up adds that get very ANNOYING! But hey, it’s a FREE app that gives you FREE spins and FREE coins, and they have to make their money somehow. **Soooo, now the only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the issue I’m having TODAY January 18th 2024, I’m trying to go collect my spins and coins, and when I open the app is saying “connection error. Host name doesn’t exist” and gives a code. So to the support or owner if you see this can you please tell me what’s going on, because I’ve used this app for 2 years now and never had this problem. I love this app, I hope y’all didn’t take it down. Please respond if you see this!! **

This APP is not working right

Most of the time it does not open so no rewards. Other times it might give one reward and stops and doesn’t give any more. Very frustrating!
