CMap Go Reviews

Fix the bugs

Jeffers1979~ on

Very frustrating as the app regularly crashes and makes logging timesheets a near impossible task on a mobile phone. Cannot believe CMAP aren’t all over resolving these issues.

Would be good but too laggy

This has the potential to simplify recording expenses… if it wasn’t such a slow and laggy app! I kept trying to add an expense item, only to be met with an error message, but then I found out that it did actually add the expenses… twice. Then I found I couldn’t delete the duplicate item!

Unable to do forced update

Apparently the version is out of date. Curious as the version in the App Store is four months old and it’s been used quite a bit since then. The app won’t update from the AppStore and won’t run without the update. Not the best scenario for the business critical app.

Good when it works

ABF100 on

United Kingdom

This is the most frustrating app I have on my phone. It’s business critical used by all our consultants but it crashes more than 50% of the time. It means details have to be re-typed into a simple expense claim multiple times. It is incredibly unstable and frustrates us to the point of questioning the use of CMAP. Please sort this issue and your ratings will go up significantly. One build for future roadmap - it would be great to see and edit opportunities in the app (similar to HubSpot) rather than only having the option of doing this on laptop.

Frustrating

This app needs a lot of work. On an iPhone 16 you can’t use the back or menu options at the top of the page as they are outside the usable screen area. You then have to close down and log-in every time you want to do a single simple action. Should be so easy to sort.

Good, simple to use app but very slow

London Runner 2 on

United Kingdom

Good app for simple things, especially expenses but each click from expense item to take a photo of receipt to save takes literally 10-20 seconds. To the developers, please fix this ad it only seemed to occur in the recent versions.

Very basic and crashes

Not a fully functioning app and consistently crashes. Especially when adding expenses.

Bugged

For a corporate app - the fact it crashes when trying to add expenses entries is a fundamental failure.

Great App

Makes updating my timesheets whilst travelling really simple and quick. I love the attaching expense receipts via my phone camera.
