Cnb limits transfers to 2500. Don’t recommend this bank
Last few months I’ve been able to log on but almost immediately an error occurs and the application shuts off and goes back to the log in screen. Sometimes I get 30 seconds to do what I need to do and almost never get a chance to look at my checking transactions.
The CNB Bank app experience is subpar. The interface is outdated, glitchy, and slow. The navigation and layout is poor. The app often needs closed and reopened multiple times before it will actually let you login; even then it will freeze on a blank screen. The app is in need of a refresh particularly focused on making all functions smoother and decreasing load times.
Cnb as a bank that I love them. I live in Clearfield Pennsylvania with their headquarters is and they’re always happy to see me but the online app is clunky. I get a lot of notifications for our connection error. Our networks busy when I have full bars of service and I’m on Wi-Fi shut the Wi-Fi off that it works sometimes so I think they’re just trying to fix up the app and all, but overall took it up when it works.
I’m not impressed with the update on the app. It kicks me out after seconds all the time. I can’t even see the words I’m typing right now it’s all white. I hate it. Hopefully someone can read this.
Called and spoke to Dustin about a transfer that was to be taken from a clients account on the 5th. He said he could not speak to me about another persons account. Instead of telling me that CNB system was down for automatic transfers. Created a problem. Not happy at all with his lack of response.

Ever since this new update, I have to remove the app and reinstall it every time I sign in. It’s a complete nuisance! Somebody did something wrong somewhere!!!
This isn’t even an app anymore, just a web-view into the website. Can’t deposit checks anymore if you even can get into the “app” due to so many spinner loading screens. Such a useless app. My wife has android and it’s perfectly fine but this apple “app” is terrible
