Don’t like that you can’t get into your account in case you need to change anything. It doesn’t have a way to print out anything like bills you’ve paid and statements. The only thing you can do with it is just come in and look and see what you have that’s it.
I have been with City Bank for one year now, and couldn’t be happier. City Bank provides the kind of Down Home service that I believed had died out decades ago. Happy Happy Happy
Even electronic transfer payments take too long causing me to have to pay late fees frequently. I have to wait on my SS ck to come in before paying and it’s a squeeze but more often than not the payment is made to the payee after the deadline. These days, electronic should mean w/i 24 hrs.
I take care of my mother. This app makes it very easy and convenient for her to put her half of the bills into my account each month. It’s also nice to see our balances whenever we want. Love it.
Sooo quick and easy! Love my City Mobile Bank.
Balance keeps changing because transactions appear disappear and then reappear.
Easy to navigate and review account and do online bill pay
We use Ashland, KY locations. I find the CNB app very user friendly for remote deposits and transfers. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff at Ashland locations.
