If you touch in a text box, it often won’t open, or takes 3 to 4 tries. Even though the box is a certain size, you have to press in a specific spot. It’s really not user friendly in general. 2 stars because eventually you can get to what you need.
I had $2,000 taken from me by scammers and the bank will not refund. DO NOT USE THIS BANK! They have terrible customer service too. Extremely rude and again would not work with me at all for the fraudulent charges.
Consistently receive an error attempting to deposit my checks. I follow instructions. Center check. Plenty of light. Press the camera button. Only to get the same error after taking the back side phone. My signature & acct are written neatly.

This app is absolutely terrible at doing anything right. Have the time it won’t let me log in not because the password is wrong it just won’t and it doesn’t even say why. The app is slow and just awful.
In order to use this app I have to delete it and reinstall it every. Single. Time. It only works once and then if I try to open it again it’s just a while blank screen. It’s trash.
