Software introduction:
This software is very suitable for the practitioners of machining, CNC lathe and ordinary lathe.
Using this software, it is convenient to calculate, program and measure the common parts or working conditions in machining.
Main functions:
1. Arc tangent point calculation: it includes a variety of common part structures. It can quickly calculate the tangent point coordinates and generate the program in real time. At the same time, it provides the function of consider cutter compensation and generate G Code program.
2. Thread calculation: query and calculate common threads, and generate processing programs in real time.
3. CNC Macro program: macro program for common processing graphics
4. Taper calculation: to calculate the taper, you can enter the distance between tool starting and tool returning, and compensate the tool tip.
5. Trigonometric function: Calculation of angle and triangle
6. Diagonal calculation: diagonal calculation of quadrilateral, hexagon and polygon
