La Sociedad Mexicana de Ingeniería Sísmica, A. C. tiene el agrado de invitar a sus socios, profesionales, profesores, investigadores, estudiantes y a aquellas personas interesadas del sector público y privado relacionadas con el diseño, construcción y normativa de edificaciones y estructuras, así como instituciones de protección civil, prevención de desastres y mitigación de riesgos a participar en el XXIII Congreso Nacional de Ingeniería Sísmica.
El Congreso tiene como objetivo principal el intercambio de conocimientos relacionados con la Ingeniería Sísmica y su difusión entre especialistas, organizaciones y profesionistas relacionados con las estructuras sismo-resistentes, con el propósito de estudiar, analizar, detectar y evaluar los fenómenos sísmicos y la respuesta de las estructuras para mejorar la seguridad de la infraestructura del país
