Cannot Use CNN Anymore

Apple does not allow me to update my iPad OS to 16 anymore so I guess I cannot continue to enjoy the CNN app. Unless CNN does something out of the box for the large numbers of older device users. Similar previous review was 4 years ago so I guess CNN is …….

Error “Content blocked due to location”

Might as well block the entire app!

Previously great

Previously top app but the new full screen pop up adds are SO INTRUSIVE and completely ruin the UX. You will be scrolling down an article and randomly a video pops up in front of that you have to close with a top left small cross button. The ads I’m receiving is actually giving me a mute negative impression of the company so it’s lose lose for both sides!!! Sort it out!!

App works BUT….

Deleting it after that debacle of a town hall that invited the former guy to spread his lies and hate. You guys are on par with Fox now. Not buying your news anymore. Sad day for journalism.

I like CNN

This is the only news agency I subscribe to and find it good.

So many crashes, horrible apps

It is quite amazing for an apps that has been around for so long there are still so many crashes. I love the irony that when the apps pop up asking “do you love the app?” It will crash every time you answer “No”… am I censured as a user? It is laughable but quite indicative of the app quality. Otherwise CNN is CNN so you like it or you hate it, the app will not change that, and I’m using the app multiple times a day despite its low quality.

Please wait on “people we’ve lost this year”

I’m sure it gets clicks, but there’s enough bad news without a running body count for the year starting right in January. Please give it a rest - or link it to a running tally of good things that happened this year.
