Description

cNotePro app allows clinicians to complete and sign any document using a smart device (phone or tablet). The clinician starts by selecting the type of document to be completed such as Skilled Nursing Note or Comprehensive Start of Care Assessment. To expedite the completion process, the app utilizes touch screens and drop down menus that assist the clinician to complete and sign the selected document. Please note that this app doesn't require the smart device to be connected to a WiFi at the time of completing the document. Once the document is completed and signed, the clinician connects to a WiFi and sends all the completed documents back to the Home Health office server for further processing such as Payroll, Billing, Oasis transmission and other office based activities. All data communications of any Patient Private Information is encrypted according to the standards mandated by HIPAA requirements.
