我之前有玩過你們的遊戲我非常喜歡可因為換了手機所以之前的資料也不見了現在的手機一下載他就跟我說需要實名制可是我輸入了自己香港的身份證號碼也不管用請問要怎麼解決呢？

我不知道是不是我自己嘅問題，但我哋遊戲常常閃退和卡死，我花半小時打上4.5，閃2次，存檔沒了，全白打，甚至現在連守謢神？都進不了，進去了就一直閃退，而且把app刪了，就算用同樣的方法login，東西就都沒了，原來我都忍了，想著從頭開始玩，但現在就一直閃退！😡😡😡
