Tried multiple times trying to get OTP verified. Always tell me wrong code despite key in the right ones!

the only reason for the app is because there was the option of app queuing which allows Club/Premium Members to get a queue number prior to reaching the restaurant which saves time. without this feature, the app is useless. until this issue is fixed, this app serves no purpose.

The app is wonky to begin with and after suffering through the sign up process, it turns out that people who have only just signed up can’t even use the app to get a queue number. Wow. Who would have thought that getting a normal queue number is to be considered a membership benefit that’s only given to higher tier members? Great way to deter people from even visiting one of your stores.

Please work on improving the apps. It doesn’t worry at all

First of all, the app keeps crashing and sometimes, i can’t even queue. Second of all, the VIP system doesn’t even work. Many times it says next in queue but they continue bringing in other customers. In fact, there’s once where they called over 10 other numbers and it still isn’t my turn. So then what is the point of the VIP system? Don’t promise if you can’t fulfill.

That is a basic function. Get your priorities right. Will be going to sushiro till this is resolved

Stupid app which has strict requirements for password(rejects commonly used symbols)and after a few login attempts, locks users out for 30 minutes!!

The queue number doesn’t stay after you close and reopen the app..
