Game quality went downhill
I've been a player since 2017 and honestly the game was fine then. As time went on it got worse and worse. If you cant spend thousands of dollars per day in this app, you won't enjoy it. Drop rates of special items in chests dropped significantly. A lot of my friends who were also P2P got bored and thought this game starting to milk every player for the last cent they have. It started after that update from 2021. I have quit as well but have checked in recently to see what has happened. It just got worse. Tie ups with so and so shows/movies to stay relevant. Which will make you spend more ofc. So honestly, if you're not some CEO of a huge company or sponsored directly by IGG, stay clear of this game. There are better games to play where you can enjoy and not get stressed out.

Guild Gifts
I would like to have a little comment about the gifts. I hope there will be a “Collect All” Button for the gifts instead of manually and individually collecting it.

Everytime i play the game its all normal. And then it crashes and all of my progress is gone AND i have to manually unistall and install again just to get my account back. FIX THIS its annoying to do it everytime
