So many bots and cheat in the game that IGG can’t control their claims to provide fair gaming experience. It seem like IGG promote these behaviors, it also makes it feel like they are behind the bots itself. There are more bots in each kingdom than real players. Within those real players, over half the players use bot to run their accounts. So if IGG ban these bot accounts, that would probably be over 80% of the lords accounts. Thus IGG will never provide a fair gaming experience per their claims.
Devs lack of balance changes too. There are little to none.
