Co-op Live

I have no idea who decided that using the tickets you bought via ticketmaster, then have to be transferred to this buggy, clunky and slow app which doesn’t work. Over complicated for no reason. Tickets that we transferred didn’t show up. No one you can speak to either to help the situation, just some idiotic help robot that constantly repeats itself and doesn’t allow you to speak to a person. Service is appalling although I’d expect nothing less from a co-op branded service. Shocking.

Did this go through any end to end testing..? Really..? Login issues Unable to see tickets I could go on.. Rubbish - having to use a paper ticket instead.. great for the planet

Appalling Forced to sign up via Ticketmaster so i can go to Eagles this week Cannot transfer a ticket to my wife and It now accuses me of being a bot!

Needs work

Got the app for a show I was attending but now I’m getting notifications constantly telling me to ‘remember my ticket’ ‘plan my journey’ etc for other shows I don’t have a ticket for. Their comms strategy is pure chaos and this is just another place to get weird rushed nonsense messaging from them.

The Co Op Live app is one of the worst I’ve used. Badly designed, very clunky and keeps linking to the website where I have to accept cookies on every page. Poor colour scheme and layout. The designers have developed a substandard app that gives a poor user experience. The whole launch of Co Op Live has been disastrous. I will be using it ONLY for my show ticket and deleting straight after.
