Had a taxi cancel on me because I was calling for a drunk friend, and didn’t want him to drive home. His wife who wasn’t drunk and was with him. My roommate drove him after an hour of half of cancelling or refuse to take the booking.

This app is total junk and never works. Thank god for Uber!
It never works!!
I want to give Coop taxi my service over Uber but your app is ALWAYS broken.
Crap
Stops working works for two weeks then not for a few months hasn’t been working for a while for me
Great when it works.
When the app works it’s great, easy to use and the drivers are usually on time if not early, but the app stops working at least once a month which is quite inconvenient.
Does not work
App stopped working about a month ago shame really cus the taxi was always on time no issues.
Pure garbage
I previously rated this app 5 stars, as it worked really well and was much more convenient than calling. Now, the past (at least) 5 times I have tried to use it, it doesn’t work. Absolutely useless.
“Searching address”
Worked great for the first couple times- suddenly stopped working, continued to say “searching address” anytime I attempted to book
Save your time
Only gave it one star because it looks nice. Doesn't work as it hasn't been upgraded to work with new releases of iOS. Works as good as canning them really - can call to get a cab that never shows up or use an app that doesn't work. Result is the same. ☹️
Used to work
It used to work, mostly. Now not so much. Deleted it and hoping for Uber in Regina.
