I get a lot of benefit from daily use of this app. It’s really been the best mental and self care tool I’ve come across. I’ve also seen a lot of features get added, and various other aspects improved upon in the short time that I’ve been using so it’s actually become more and more useful. I wish this type of thing existed a long time ago!
