Coached By Sean app is designed specifically for existing clients to see and track their individual progress. Through the app you'll receive customised training plans based on your goals along with tailored meal plans to help maximise results. Additionally, you'll have access to our video library demonstrating each exercise so you can be sure you're performing them correctly and safely. You'll also have the opportunity to check in with Sean regularly, ask questions and receive feedback to ensure you are making progress. Plus, you'll have access to a supportive community of like-minded individuals and education videos to help make sure you reach your full potential.
