Here are a handful of success stories from our community:
“Wish I would have met my coach Will years ago! I am literally 3 times more effective and productive than I used to be.” ~ Dan
“Before my coach Josh, the idea of bounding out of bed early in the morning was a dream and something I had tried and failed at for years. Josh broke it down into very simple steps. I am now sleeping better, getting up early consistently and the biggest breakthrough is getting up is now easy.” ~Jess
“Without being able to press that 'Send Message' button to my coach every day, I am certain I would not have come as far with my writing. With that momentum I managed to write 500 words nearly every day, started a blog, and am still going. It's been only 3 months, and I feel like a new person.” ~ Alina
“I got a promotion literally two weeks after hiring my business coach. Now I have a much bigger say over product and strategy. I feel like a leader and people treat me accordingly!” ~ Graham
“Dorothy has been so inspirational to me and gives me the reasoning and a solution to any problem I have had on the diet. With her coaching I lost 20 pounds and now have the habits in place to lose the next 20 on my own. I might keep her around however, just for the support and occasional kick in the butt.” ~ Estela
“I get more done before my family wakes up than I used to in an entire day. After countless attempts to do this on my own, hiring George as a coach was the lever I needed to shift my productivity fast forward. I've been successful because George helped me create a morning routine that works specifically for me.” ~ Jim

Very frustrating experience that wastes a lot of time
The app overall runs very slow. I had to use the web version to add goals instead of adding them directly from my phone. Also each time I hit my goals of the day I had to refresh multiple times to add notes under those goals.
Been using for 10 years
This app is still cool except it’s so glitchy. Any time I open it to try to see the check-ins for that goal it freezes EVERY TIME. What is their IT team doing if they’re not addressing all these glitches?! I no longer receive responses to my emails…year ago after no response to multiple inquiries, I sent an email requesting that the IT team fix glitches (they fixed the unable to add more goals glitch, would love to be able to go back further than 7 days to add a checked-off goal, and it glitches when trying to uncheck a goal if you accidentally tapped it…it freezes and you have to restart the app), but overall I love the longevity of the app and the user interface.
App freezing and crashing non stop
App always freezes and crashes and deletes data nowadays. Can’t export anymore. Why don’t you guys do a payment option or something so you can hire more people to upkeep the app? I’ll pay $20 or more and I’m sure most OG users would too
Please fix crashing - then 5 stars!
Please fix the crashing - I can no longer check goals and my fellow coach friends are experiencing crashing too. We all don’t want to jump ship and go rise where but there have been rumblings of a mass exodus for us all to go to another non-crashing platform. Please fix ASAP. I love Coach and don’t want to leave.
Wont allow check in on iphone 16 randomly
I got a new phone and the app allows me to check in on certain goals and not on others, seemingly very randomly. Also has some weird 1 of 21 next to each skill/goal which is very puzzling. It is 1 of 21 every day. Not only does it not allow certain goals for check in but the app crashes and has to be closed ea time.
Won’t let me add a goal
I’m trying to add a goal “Drink a gallon of water”, but each time I click join, it glitches and won’t add the goal. I’ve used this app in the past and just redownloaded it because it used to work well for me. Please, someone fix my issue and I will be happy to change my review.
Habit Tracker Feature Missing Key Functionality
I've been a dedicated user of Lift/Coach.me for over ten years, but I'm concerned about the app's future, particularly the Habit Tracker feature that I've valued highly. Recently, I've encountered significant issues: on my iPhone, attempting to add a new habit results in an "Error loading results" message. On the web app, while search results do appear, the option to add a new, undefined habit is absent. This limits users to adding only pre-existing habits, which is problematic if you're trying to add a habit with a slightly different name. I hope this feedback reaches the development team and that these issues can be addressed promptly. I'm aware that the original founder stepped down in 2022, and I extend my best wishes to the new management. I hope they continue the legacy of diligent bug fixes and app improvements.
Used to be great
This was my favorite app until very recently. I’m not sure if they’re supporting it anymore as I have sent multiple questions to their Support email address with no response. A while back, I stopped being able to add new goals. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, etc. but no luck. As I mentioned, I reached out to their support team multiple times with your response. Very disappointing because this used to be a great app.
The best and the worst app
I used to love this app, I had years of habits tracked. Suddenly I got logged out, and that’s when I realized that it’s full of glitches and bugs. I couldn’t log back in through Facebook, I couldn’t use my Facebook email to log in or create a new account. Writing to devs didn’t help. I decided to abandon my old account with years of data and create a new one, and what did I find out? I cannot create new habits anymore! What a shame! The worst part of it is that I tried to use other habit apps, even paid ones, and I hate all of them! They always miss something that I used to like in coach.me! I really don’t know what to do and I am so frustrated that they abandoned this app…
My fave
My favorite app. Have been using this for 6 years every single day!! Made some awesome friends through it and there’s a sweet little community (or you can do your own thing too).
Update:
I’m still using the app. It’s sad that they can’t pay a developer to fix the few bugs they gave with the app. Tony has left. The (free-habit) community is still going strong (you just have to know where and find the super-users). One particular goal has an incredible community and is changing lives. The coaching option truly works, if you find the right coach that doesn’t write back platitudes and doesn’t mind checking in daily. I’ve tried at least 5, and 2 were fantastic. Just cancel if yours doesn’t work.
