The customer support is just useless, once you buy the coupon they will never return your money despite of the fact that it’s not used so not sure how are authorities allowing such companies to flourish.

Very bad service and misleading deals!

Fraud was done and an amount of 450 dirhams was taken 5 months ago to buy tickets, and I tried to call and communicate more than many times to recover the amount or go to the place where the tickets were purchased, and there is no response. The amount is returned to my account. This is a fraud. I will file a case and demand compensation. The management of the site is really unprofessional. A bad experience. I would like to tell you that we are here in Dubai, the country of law. The right of anyone is not lost. If you commit fraud in other countries, then here is a country of law, and I will sue you.

Payment confirmation not received, no news on the voucher, and worst is that customer service does not respond on time. App is not working to its potential. I wasted my time, finally had to send an email to customer support and they will get back in 2 working days. So all plans with family for today ruined.
