Good afternoon. I created an account with wirex on 05/19/2023, and did not use the account again, but on 08/27/2023 I decided to try to use their services and on 09/29/2023 my account was blocked. Since 29/09/2023 I have had transactions totaling £1000.17. And when I wanted to withdraw all the remaining (£454.05) of my funds on September 29, 2023 to my other account, that’s when I got blocked. When asked by the support service to provide all confirmation of transfers for verification, as well as a statement of my income, I provided all this, but they blocked full access even to the application. Previously, I checked with the support service about the limits on replenishment and transfers. In the Discord chat, all the guys write is that their accounts are blocked and they cannot withdraw their money for several months and they are hostages of this situation, just like me. The support team can't help. When asked why the account was blocked, they answer that they cannot provide such information and the answer comes a few days later.
Also, under reviews left in the AppStore with similar cases of blocking, the support service leaves a link under the reviews for contacting and solving the problem - but when you click on it, a message appears that there is no such page.
And also in Discord, when I started writing and asking questions about what was wrong with my account, they blocked the ability to write anything in the chat, AND THEN DELETED FROM THEIR CHAT AT ALL - WITHOUT THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONNECT AGAIN AND CONTINUE TO FIND OUT WHAT SHOULD I DO, I think the support service is not She must position herself this way, be reasonable and on the client’s side.
