Half the cocktails are hidden behind a pay wall. Find another app.
I have relied on Cocktail Flow for several years to advise me on new drinks and provide me with space to record notes on mixing experiences, including saving new recipes. My main complaint concerns database management. The app does not list recipes in any logical order, especially alphabetical order. Although the search function is very good, I should not have to enter a formal search for “Negroni” when I should be able to just go to the “N’s”.
It has taken all the stresses away with just a click and all info is there
It is
Great app and loved the themed recipes, fun aesthetics too. Too bad it doesn’t have a variety of recipes and ingredients.
No update in 4 years yet still no updates? How is a subscription justified? App has had no content updates and both free and subscribed are getting nothing. They should remove the subscription and just put it in maintenance mode.
I wanted to like this app. It has a beautiful UI but it’s just absurdly limited in alcohol options. Didn’t accommodate even a 1/3 of my bar. Tons of bar staples are missing and it was down right offensive to list an Aviation recipe without crème de violet. It’s a shame.
Some bugs in drinks, fractional ounces don’t always show, ingredients/garnishes might not match picture. For an annual fee I hope for more updates, none yet
I love this app, however I wish I could add my own cocktails to it. For example I had to make a John Daley today and it wasn’t on the app, I wish I could then go in and enter the recipe to refer to later. I just think this would add another level to this app, since I understand they can’t put every niche cocktail that exists on the app.
