I made a withdrawal 10 weeks back and I’m yet to be paid , it’s still showing pending. Whenever I text the customer care service they say the same thing over and over again . I don’t understand why something like this should even happen in the first place

I enjoy this app, but people are always take screenshot and I don’t understand why the app will allow such insecurities.. I feel so insecure when I see that warming that someone has taken screenshot of me live. This is not the only live streaming I’m doing and I have never experienced such on other live streaming app… this over invading into people space. So it 1star for me. Please I will be happy to see it fixed.
