Coco - Robot Food Delivery

I have had the worst experiences with Coco and if I could, I would give it 0 stars. The last time I ordered from Coco I got a text message saying one part of my order wasn't available and asking if I would like to replace it. I said yes and exactly what I would like it to be replaced by. I then received another text message saying it wasn't possible to replace it. My order was delayed at least 20 minutes and I was in a huge time crunch. But that's not all. When the Coco robot was coming, it stopped moving. So I went to see what happened. The robot was stuck on a tree branch (a small one too) for at least ten minutes before it started moving again. Then, the second time I ordered from Coco, I waited an hour and the food kept getting delayed. As I opened the app, a notification popped up saying my order was cancelled. I wasted an hour waiting for food that was just going to get cancelled. If you want to actually get food, I would advise NOT using Coco. I will never again waste time and money on this app.

App doesn’t work. Could not delete account address. Delivery map a blank black background with a pin!?

I love seeing these cute little robots zipping down the street. I love how convenient it is ordering from them too! I’ve been watching their little army grow and the agility of the machines increase over the past few years. Def on team coco! 🥡🍔🍕🚗💨

I was a loyal Coco customer for many months before it suddently withdrew service from my neighborhood with no plans to return. To this day, I still will order from Doordash sometimes and have my order delivered with Coco robot. It’s clear that Coco robots are being used by merchants to deliver to my address so why can’t you offer these merchants for me to use directly on the Coco app?

I’m a resident of Santa Monica and have roommates and neighbors that use coco however whenever I try and sign up for the app it says I’m not in their current area. This is still the case even after manually inputting my address. Frustrating to say the least, probably a software issue

really easy to order, food is fast, and it’s nice to not double the food cost w a billion fees. plus it’s fun to get the food from the robot. one downside is that it closes somewhat frequently- any time that it *might* rain. i get it, but that is also usually when i want food delivered to me, makes it hard to make this app my ‘habit’ app for ordering food when it closes semi-frequently.

Refer program doesn’t work they don’t apply any credit to you . Ordered robot came didn’t opened guy came after 1 hour to pull out order but he just took robot and left and didn’t got anything, even tho it was their fault hesitated to return money and gave me just credit to app for exactly same amount after 1 hour waiting and no food after 11pm 😡

We have been using coco for the last few weeks and we have to say, we love it. So cute and easy! Love that the food is sealed by the restaurant so it feels safer untampered.

I like the app and the delivery — cheaper than any alternative, if you don’t mind the more limited selection. I made a referral, and the person I referred ordered something, but neither of us received the $10 credit. Support was not helpful.

I just downloaded the app. It is a total fail.
