Cocoro Life is an app designed by Sharp to support after sales support. But it is a rubbish app (befitting a 1-star rating). To make it worse, the Customer Support behind Sharp Malaysia is equally poor, making the total experience totally lousy. Read the other similar reviews too. Cocoro Life html link is warned as dangerous by Norton. Product codes are different from what were given in manuals or warranty cards. If the vendor is not listed in the Pulldown list, sorry you cannot submit a Warranty Registration. They listed an email for the CS support. Try and ask them for help? They will act obstinately and pretend that nothing is wrong with their Cocoro Life app. The agent behind Sharp Malaysia Call Center is equally “good” as their CS email support. Haha.. Penang is listed as Pulau Penang by the great team behind Cocoro Life!? 🤣What a shame.

Seem to be a user friendly app. Easy installation, easy usage and easy tracking progress. But behind the app, no response to the service request. What a waste.

Bad bad bad ever app

I click download but nothing happen..tried few times..same..

Bought my sharp fridge, not to say it broke down in just within a week, i filed for servicing warranty and took 10days and still cannot get a technician. Very low efficiency replies. What a mistake buying SHARP brand and using this affiliate app. What a joke.

Useless app,log a report 15.5.2021, today 21.5.2021 still nobody call regarding report.call centre and they said just receive today the ticket.such a useless app for log ticket,if you want to log ticket just call their centre without bother report through this app,such a waste of time

Stupid dumb interface where they put the click button on the lowest portion of the screen. Those using phone with physical home button, the click button will be partially hide and unclickable to proceed registration
