This is a cheap and adless way of learning Swift, and the application uses proper English (unlike most programming tutorials on the App Store), and it is incredibly easy to understand. I would recommend this application for anyone wishing to learn Swift.
New to coding - start here. It goes back to basics. It builds upon each term and skill learnt. I did want it to hold my answers, but actually it’s bette it doesn’t, because it helps build muscle memory as you can go back and redo something you didn’t remember. A Great place to start.
As above, haven’t found a better app for practising swift (whilst actually writing code) worth the upgrade price to get everything accessed as well. Would love for it to be expanded with more challenges
I haven’t programmed anything for years and this is a good little app to learn or relearn, just simple and basic layout and has a help function if you get stuck. Cheers Mark..

I have wanted to find out Minecraft’s MoLang code and I have wanted to code new things, but I didn’t know how! But that’s when code swift jumps into action! So, I just wanted to say, let text = “Code Swift” var review = “ is the best coding learner ever!” var message = text + review print(message) You’re the best
The method is to present you with the code for short programs, or parts of programs, and ask you to fill in gaps (lines of code or arguments) to achieve the stated aims. When you get it right you move on to the next line of code, or the next program. There is plenty of help along the way, and you get to see the output of the program. This is an engaging method that reinforces the rules being learned without a lot of unnecessarily tedious code writing. Whether it actually equips you to write code from scratch I have to wait to find out.
Great little app to work on your Swift skills while travelling or when you have a quiet moment.

I love this app. Finally I have found something that will get me far enough to make use of a programming language. I started on iPad, paid for the whole course, then found it’s more convenient to use my phone. But the app won’t let me switch devices without paying again! REALLY???
