Code Master FAQ
Is Code Master free?
Yes, Code Master is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Code Master legit?
🤔 The Code Master app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
Seems interesting but the damn thing doesn’t even remember the theme once you choose one. Just changing a file to another will reset it. Also, there’s no font size setting, your eyes will hurt on an iPad mini 4. The third pain is why can’t it figure out the language once the file extension is .js? Also, excel is a language? That’s called Visual Basic for Applications, VBA. Do the important stuff and it can be a 5
Plz update
This app has a lot of potential. Also, you don’t have any update for adding Cloud support yet.
Nice but some fixing
App is nice but it would be nice if they create an option that allows me to delete. Also sometimes if you click theme or lower keypad the app would freeze and i have to open again so plz fix.
Useless
All I want to be able to do is import C code files to edit them. All it allows me to do is create new files or import from Photos. Who imports from photos to edit source code.
Trash
Ok, so I messed around with JavaScript. So here’s the problem: It always is XML, regardless of if it’s a .js or a XML file. You have to manually fiddle around. Then it resets, so you got to do the above again. So introduce major bug fixes.
Amazing but one thing...
I can create web pages on my phone easily and expertly with this app, defiantly one of the best source code editors ive used only one problem tho, all the things i did are stuck in the app. even if its the last update ever to the app, i would love to see a way to export my projects.
Lua? Maybe I’m just stupid? Please help!
I heard their is Lua script editing on here and I cannot seem to find it. I might just be stupid. But if there is Lua can someone please show me?
Didn’t find it useful at all
I opened the app, created a file, and set the language to C#. Then I started writing code. First, it didn’t indent anything. A day later, I opened the app and then the file, and it had forgotten the language I set and hence there was no syntax highlighting.
Not working

Features not even half-baked
There are a bunch of decent syntax coloring themes to choose from. Too bad the theme reverts to the default as soon as you leave the editor, thereby making the feature less than useless (inasmuch as it’s an infuriating waste of time).
No coding-specific keyboard accessories.
Impressive list of languages supported, but not the one I need, and, according to another reviewer, the language choice doesn’t stick, regardless.
Releasing features before they’re useful is worse than not having the feature at all.
