Best quality Korean clothes I’ve purchased - better than yesstyle and with so many options. Shipping to New Zealand was very fast too. But the app’s interface is so bad and I hope it improves

Too much confusion
I like the clothes selection but hate the app. My order had been canceled due to some of the items I bought was sold out and they gave me none notice about the cancellation. What confused me the most is I can still add the item which supposed to be out of stock to the cart. I really like using this app and the price is affordable too but aftersale management and customer support really need to be improved.

I wish international shipping prices were better (spending a certain amount to get free international shipping would be nice).

clothes are nice, but the app is so unreliable. it always says the server connection is unstable when trying to browse or buy items and i'm constantly having to tap to reload. the clothing selection is great (shipping could be lower though) but the app really needs some work!
