I’ve been playing for more than 1200 levels. Really enjoying the game play and variety however, many of the ads are verifiably scams and many ads ( notably tagged from Marriott ) cannot be closed without closing the game and restarting. I finally deleted this app as most ads become inescapable even when I closed and reopened the game. Over 2000 plays and you drove me away. SOOO DISAPPOINTED !!!
I wish it wouldn’t constantly ask if I want to watch a video for gifts. The way it’s prompted blocks a part of the game. Super annoying.

Problem One of your ads is a blank white screen. It has a 30 second timer in the bottom left corner that doesn’t move. That is all that’s on the page. I have to reboot the program to continue. Otherwise I enjoy the game and play everyday
Love the game but it freezes up when I complete a puzzle. If I manage to get to the next screen it tells me I need to be online. None of my other games has this issue.
At first, I tolerates the numerous ads, which were mostly multiple ads in a row about that King Richard game. Every time I wanted to p,ay, I had several minutes of ads. Annoying and unnecessary. Not worth it. I’m deleting the app. You’re wasting my time.
Been playing for several years and I just don’t tire of it. I love challenging myself to complete a puzzle via the extra letters and my own knowledge. I sometimes ask my husband for help and then HE gets caught up in it. Ads aren’t intrusive, no constant popups …. A great time all around.
Too much gibberish! Clingy! Can’t move on…forced into doing none sense! For years…only option left is to delete!
For the past 3-4 months, I’ve been losing rewards in the middle of watching the ads. Either the ad freezes the game and I have to close the app, the screen goes black, OR the app itself closes, which just happened , and it doesn’t reset to give me the reward I earned by watching the videos 😕 Please focus on fixing this. And in the meantime, how about putting some additional looking glass points in my account for the time I’ve invested and the hassle this is.
Sometimes I just want to pop in and do some puzzles. Half the time I don’t even get started because I am forced to click through some micro transaction encouraging addition that is unskippable and it is extremely frustrating. I wish I could just open the app and play the games and not be forced to click through 7-10 screens of things I will never use.
