تطبيق ممتاز
خدمة ممتازة و خدمة عملاء جيدة نسبياً و في استجابة سريعة. الطلب بيوصل بسرعة و مفيش مشاكل بتقابلني عادةً. أتمنى بس الأنواع الغير موجودة و متاحة عندهم متظهرش أثناء التصفح و يكون في عروض و تخفيضات و أنواع قهوة أكتر بسبب وجود منافسات كتير على أكثر من تطبيق. كمان ياريت الوصف للمنتج و الشرح يكون أكثر وضوحاً عشان العملية بتكون معقدة شوية للناس الغير خبيرة.
Cheaters or liars ?
Downloaded the app to buy an advertised product with an announced price of 245 le, i founded it inside the app with 295 :(
Charged the order and didn’t deliver it and no one is responding on the chat!
I think it should be zero not 1 star. Very bad and unresponsive customer chat support. My order was fully paid by credit card since 1 week and no one delivered it and no tracking available and no refund process. I think we should take legal action with companies like this one!
