Description

Welcome to The Coffee Inc 2: the next generation of The Coffee Inc, a popular business simulation game in the world.

As a founder and CEO, your role is to start up your coffee shop, manage coffee bean blends, create the best coffee products, hire and motivate the best talents, conduct effective marketing, manage financials, expand the business to multiple cities and build the biggest coffee empire!

=== What’s New in 2 ===

- Open hundreds of coffee shops across multiple cities, but you now deal with the real cities: San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Tokyo, Osaka, London, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Rome and Seattle.

- You can also choose a game currency from USD, EURO, JPY and GBP.

- Choose store interiors, exteriors and coffee equipment to uniquely position your shops. You can now even design custom interiors.

- Set product menus and pricing wisely to compete with neighboring coffee shops. You can now also develop brand-new products.

- Conduct store marketing to drive traffic while minimizing the cost. You now have more marketing campaigns.

- Hire store staff and keep them working hard and happy. Their services will determine your store's popularity. You can now even hire a store manager to delegate many of daily store operations.

- Store staff and customers cause many accidents every week. You deal with it one by one or delegate them to store managers.

- Borrow money from banks if you need cash. Watch out the interest rates, though, now that every country has its own GDP growth and bank policy rate.

- As the number of stores grows, store management gets complex. Open offices, hire white-collar workers and create functional departments: Human Resource, Finance, Products, Marketing, Engineering, Executive, and Investment.

- Through the HR division, provides training, recreations, compensations and benefits to employees.

- The Finance now has a cash flow statement, in addition to income statement and balance sheet. Grasp financial details like a pro through realistic statements.

- Conduct city wide marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness.

- The engineering division allows you to develop new online services and applications. They will penetrate globally.

- Hire C-Level executives such as COO, CFO, CTO, CMO… and delegate high levels of responsibility to them. Make sure to incentivize them with stock options and RSUs.

- As a chairman of the board, you can hold a board meeting and discuss your compensation and company’s dividends.

- Work with investment banks and achieve IPO and M&A.

- Through the Investment division, expand your empire into non-coffee businesses such as real estate and stock investment.

- Your personal wealth is now separated from your company’s.

- You can now store your games in iCloud so that you can sync them across your multiple devices.

- As always, no annoying ads.

Best game

Dez1700 on

The best games I have ever played, the detail the immersive is great, further things to add if I may suggest some things, able to talk to your executive staff. And if you guys can make another game that incorporates restaurants, stores, and other places of business, I would definitely spend money for it.

Great game but pay pay pay

Game would be 5 stars but every update you pay for the new items I don’t mind but you’ll end up spending 10$ on everything anyways rather then that the developers need to add a way to issue stock, buy property faster instead of holding down the + sign why can’t I just put how many shares I want to offer I wish they would make it faster anyways great game but please make it faster to issue stock

It’s a great game and I really love it.

BUT it keeps making me declare bankruptcy. Even when I have millions and billions of money invested in the other things. Within a second, it takes it all away because I don’t have the cash on hand. But it only takes a second to liquidate any of that stock, if it had give me an opportunity to do so. I think I have started this game about three times. I know I have more than once won this game to the fullest potential. But that is so annoying having to restart from scratch when you fully have the funds to pay for whatever is going on. And it would be nice if you didn’t have to micromanage the stores individually when it comes to their marketing department or any part. That should be a headquarters adjustment. I really dearly love this game. I wish there was more games like this or that this game was larger. Because I think there’s far more potential to this game. Thank, You!!! I honestly think I have learned something about being a CEO. Ideas, being able to own the building that you have your headquarters in. Would be nice. What if you had to deal with unions? Or own the farm in whatever country that makes the coffee. That you like. And having to deal with the human rights of the people who harvest the crops. And make sure they’re treated fairly. And the Energy is clean. And shipping etc…

Long time player

Great game+here are my suggestions to add in future

Feras0961 on

You said you were going to expand on personal wealth which is great this game needs more depth! 1. Please also add a personal wealth chart on increases or decreases and 1,5,10 year, and max timeframes. 2. A company can’t buy its own shares but personal can? I think change that so a company can and add more real estate for sale 3. Before you get destroyed by antitrust fines, add more in-depth details on market share in each country 4. Make increases/decreases of market share in countries easier to make the landscape more competitive and maybe the CMO or CFO gives you a notification of market share increases or decreases so it feels like their worth the high pay and option bonus 5. Overall, I would like the game to be able to go infinitely with more problem solving and solutions to help feel more goal oriented then limbo once you get big enough. 6. Include personal influences on company vs competitors and steps to gain more sentiment or hate from weekly results cafe street journal

Great Game

So much to do. Love this game. Hard at first but after it’s easy to take your competitors.

Love this game, but I’d like some more options

CmmrGhost on

Let me just start off by saying this is one of my favorite mobile games out there. I’m rating it a 5 because it’s great and I don’t have any real issues with it. I only have suggestions that I’d like to see in the game. I want wages to have a greater affect on store service and, thus, sales. This is generally accepted to be true: better wages, better service, better sales. So, if you’re paying your employees minimum/low wages, then you’re essentially putting a cap on the service that your employees provide and traffic decreases, as well as employees leaving for your competitors. If you’re paying employees well, your service cap increases which also increases traffic, and you’re more likely to find more talented workers. The drawback, of course, is that your stores are not profiting as much as they could be. In addition to this, I’d like an option to see what other companies might be paying their employees. It doesn’t have to be exact, but a range would be nice. If you want to be a competitive company, you have to hire at similar/better wages than competitors, in addition to having benefits. I also want an option to hire employees at a set minimum wage across the world, city, etc. Many companies and organizations have a minimum wage they hire employees at in certain states. So, if I hire a COO to control operations, I know that employees are being hired at, say, $20/hr.

Forced bankruptcy

Play On 04 on

My company has 1T+ in assets. And if I am off by $1k in my cash flow, my company goes bankrupt. AND THEN YOUR AUTOSAVE DOESNT WORK. Give me a pop up to see assets to cover the cash flow problem. or fix your AUTOSAVE. Game randomly crashed after update. You made it worse. THESE NEW FINES!? I’m getting fined every other week, for things I can control. How do I control gender hiring? Why do I have to sell off profitable stores to reach some antitrust benchmark that is not clear? Either give us better instructions or don’t drive our company into the ground with fines. $4B fines constantly. This is so stupid and ruining the game

Great game and have some suggestions

This is a great game and I love it and how business oriented it is. One suggestion is that if the game wasn’t only for coffee shops but also so you can make your own company in any area
