Coffee Monster: Order Ahead

I was really excited to use this app. However, I have tried on 4 different occasions this week to checkout and order my coffee ahead of time. Whenever I select the checkout button my screen blanks out. I made sure to update the app to the latest version and I also updated my phone. Still no difference! Disappointed. What is the purpose of the app then if I still have to buy my coffee in person still?

Coffee Monster makes life so much easier , I pick up a coffee almost every morning on my way to work , it gets delivered to my car as easy as that!

‘Contact us’ page does not work when trying to reach customer support by WhatsApp. No feature to rate a cafe after an order which the email I received after ordering says there should be. Not really an app problem, but some cafes don’t actually bring the order to your car when choosing ‘delivery to car’ - and again no way to rate or give feedback to the cafe for this

This app is wonderful, great interface easy to sign up and use. Great for business and convenience for customers.

Great app, super convenient. Love exploring new spots. Best part is the rewards. Doesn’t matter where I get coffee - 1 reward program that applies by default, so my 11th coffee is always free :)

ordering was easy but they weren’t ready in time and so i had to get out and go ask..just think if you choose pick up then they should bring to your car as that is what you selected...I wasa bit rushed to make my 9 am but will use again no stress and see if it works out
