Was signed in then suddenly kicked out and now I can’t sign in at all! Have deleted and reinstalled the app a few times, changed passwords too (which work perfectly on the website!) but to no avail. If this app was recently updated you need to sort it out. Disappointed. Other coffee apps have no issues.

there is a mistake. password length when setting password can be longer but when login with app. password length is restricted…

Logging users out on app update is fine but not when login and password reset doesn’t even work on the updated app.

The login with Face ID is gone. Can’t login, keeps prompting to reset password, after reset password, still can’t login. Login failed all time. Need to login using website. Need to fix issue and put back the Face ID login.

Finally a worthy mobile application from Coffee Bean! Whatever you do at the back, we appreciate it! Big thank you! Love the new app!

Can coffee bean please rectify this! It’s pointless having an app and staff over the counter trying to encourage customers to download it to enjoys the perks when your app doesn’t even work properly! Please look into this!

i put my number in apparently it says there is account that are alrdy made but I HAVE NOT! so i asked my sister to use her phone number apparently HER NUMBER ALSO CANNOT! when she didnt even use CBTL app before. Hais should i be worried or is it the app problem😔

Unable to top up. It say decline. Customer service gives lip service, but nothing gets done! Starbucks app is way better than this nonsense of an app!

Super slow app. Nothing works.

Unsure how to use the App if the app refuses to add payment…tried with all the credit cards and always decline, absolutely useless app.
