app always auto logs out after a while, and then if you fail to input password after 3 tries it locks you out?? is this the bank app?? wastes so much time when trying to pay. so irritating. really the worst part about coffee bean.

Tried 2 cards and it always decline. This is the core feature of the app and it is not working. Hope the product team and look into this and hot fix it asap.

Cannot topup even after entering correct card details.

Never been able to submit any payment method. It was shows something like “check your details” or “card provider declined” no matter which valid card I use, thus unable to use the app entirely

The payment module got issue, even enter correct details still rejected. The irony is, there is an app campaign showing in app voucher discount but need to use its in app payment system. Whilst on the other hand there is an offer in store but price more. Not sure if it is a gimmick to get customers to shop and end up force to pay more for the same offer in store since the payment system is not working.

First time use was ok. Subsequent time want to add payment card to top up keep having error even though card details were right. Why bother having app exclusive deals when we can't even top up in the app???

Been having problem to update my password and payment method. For this, I am not entitled to all promos in the app.

Can't top up by cards.tried to connect all of banks rejected. Normally i can topped up via Apps through apple pay or grab app. So inconvenience to use rubbi**
