很上手的app
用久了覺得挺好用的，系統有一直在優化的感覺！

很多食物沒有，要建立也不行，這方面算難用。 計算熱量算不錯
功能很完善
之前都請民眾回想或用紙本記飲食很難記清楚 現在每餐民眾用拍的傳上來方便很多、意願也高很多 而且還能連結食物資料庫直接算 只能說科技日新月異
非常實用
